Xiaomi Dreame T20
The Dreame T20 is one of the newer models in Dreame’s handheld vacuum cleaner lineup. It is similar in performance and features to the Dreame v11. This makes them both comparable to the Dyson V11 but at lower prices.
With the Dreame T20, you get 150 AW suction power and this means it can clean almost all household dirt without any issues. This is the same as the Dreame v11. While the suction power is the same, the new Dreame T20 improves in other areas like battery life, tank capacity, and more.
The high suction power should cause the Dreame T20 to die quickly, right? No, in fact, it lasts longer than the Dreame v11. You can easily get around 90 mins of continuous use in Eco mode with the Dreame T20 while the Dreame v11 could do only 60 mins. In turbo mode, you can get up to 50 mins of continuous use, which is impressive.
The tank capacity is also fairly large at 600 mL allowing it to be used for multiple cleaning sessions without needing to be emptied. Compared to the v series, the T20 has a 100 mL larger tank. All of this while weighing just 1.6 kg.

Dreame T20 Cleaning Performance
From our testing, the Dreame T20 was able to vacuum hair, cereal, and even dirt from my boots easily. However, it struggled a bit when it comes to cleaning carpets.
The Eco mode is not powerful enough to clean dirt stuck in the carpet, but using turbo mode, the vacuum gets stuck to the carpet. Using the rotating brush helps with this issue, but it is not an ideal solution.
Overall, the Dreame T20 performs well. Trying out the different attachments is recommended as some perform better in certain situations. The main brush is great for floor cleaning, while the small brush works better for cleaning armchairs and beds. The small brush is also noisier to use.
